We will explore some of the deepest trainings in compassion focused psychotherapy methods yet presented in the US. This retreat will allow you to learn compassion focused imagery, meditation, attachment science, yoga, contemplative music, Zen Focusing and evidence based psychotherapy techniques from the inside out, through intense engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to train in a cutting edge, research based psychotherapy, while growing your own personal practice of fierce compassion and profound mindfulness. Whether you come to develop as a therapist, or to practice self-compassion and personal growth, you are welcome, and we can’t wait to work together with you.
